How long will it take to get my order?

What if you don’t have my size?

CUSTOM ORDERS
Since a custom or special order is created just for you, we require full payment for the order to be processed. Lead times can vary from 3-12 weeks depending on the item.
Custom and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you have measured properly to guarantee the correct sizing.
If any irregularity due to a manufacturing defect occurs within 14 days from the delivery date, we will repair the product at our sole discretion.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirming your order and payment have been received. You will receive an email when your purchase is shipped with the tracking number.
How do I book a consultation for a hat customization?

We will respond to arrange a time to meet either at our studio or virtually.
Appointments last about 15-30 minutes.
How do I book a one-on-one private styling session?

There is a $50.00 fee charge at booking. Fee is refundable if cancellation notice is given 48 hours before scheduled appointment. Fee is applied to purchase.
